Beaujolias

Host:Ian
There was to be only one theme for our this meeting, held just one week after 'Beaujolias Nouveau Day', the third Thursday in November. Generally made of the Gamay grape which has a thin skin and is low tannins. Tends to be light-bodied red wine with relatively high amounts of acidity.
